When the condition specified is crossValue(2) or
overValue(3), the value of s3EnetThreshActualValue
is accumulated from the beginning of the duration
window and is checked every 5 seconds.
When the condition specified is overRate(4) or
overRatio(5), and the duration is less than or
equal to 5 seconds, the value of
s3EnetThreshActualValue is based on the data
accumulated during the 5 second sampling period.
When the condition specified is overRate(4) or
overRatio(5), and the duration is greater than
5 seconds, the value of s3EnetThreshActualValue
is based on the data accumulated during the
